Paper 3

For Paper 3 I am thinking I will write about celebrity infidelity and how it affects their career--either for the better or for the worse. There are plenty of famous people who have committed adultery after becoming famous, so I think I will discuss specifically Brad Pitt/Angelina Jolie, Jesse James/Sandra Bullock and Charlie Sheen and Tiger Woods. I want to try to incorporate politicians into the paper as well (Clinton, JFK, Eliot Spitzer), but I don't know if that is spanning too far for the paper. Some people manage to bounce back quickly or even find greater career success after their adultery, while others do not. So, I hope to analyze how Hollywood and infidelity seem to work together and against one another.
