The Oxford English Dictionary defines pastiches as a novel, poem, painting, etc, incorporating seveal different styles, or made up of parts drawn from a variety of sources. A parody is basically something that makes fun of a type of media, artwork, etc. The inebriation/inception youtube clip is a parody because it closely resembles the trailer for Inception. They are also forming it closely to the way Inception played out.
